  1. Introduction
    This privacy policy describes the information that COMPOUND TECH LLC, operating as BenefitFlow, collects, uses, and shares, and your legal rights to control our use of that information.
    This policy applies to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Compound Tech LLC applications.

    Received by COMPOUND TECH LLC 
    When creating or updating your BenefitFlow account, we may collect and store your name, email address, employer name and job title.
    When using our application, we collect information on user’s on-screen activity, time spent on our application, app crashes and other system activity. We collect any information you submit to customer support or the customer support email (support@BenefitFlow.com) 
    Received by Third Party Payment Processor. 
    We use a third party payment processor, Stripe, to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or financial information such as credit card numbers, bank account information, or social security numbers. All such information is provided directly to Stripe. Stripe’s use of your information is governed by their privacy policy, which can be found at https://stripe.com/privacy. 

  3. How we share your information
    For legal reasons or in the event of a dispute Compound Tech LLC may share your information if we believe it is required by applicable law, regulation, operating agreement, legal process or governmental request. This includes sharing your information with law enforcement officials, government authorities, or other third parties as necessary, to protect Compound Tech LLC’s rights or property or the rights or property of others, or in the event of a claim or dispute relating to your use of our services. 
    Compound Tech LLC may share information not included in this agreement if we receive consent from you that we can do so. 

  4. Changes to the policy
    We may occasionally update this policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify you of the changes through the BenefitFlow website or through email. To the extent permitted under applicable law, by using our services after such notice, you consent to our updates to this policy. We encourage you to periodically review this policy for the latest information on our privacy practices.
